Paul Raczynski has been a licensed Florida real estate professional since 1992 and a licensed Florida broker since 2005. He has managed Orlando rentals for about 20 years, first under earlier companies and, since 2023, as 24 Property Management. Many of our owners have moved with him the whole way.
