Service guarantees
The guarantees described on this site (including eviction protection, pet damage protection, and the tenant placement guarantee) are summaries. Their full terms, conditions, and limits are set out in the management agreement. Where this website and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.
Realtor referral bonus
Licensed real estate agents who refer a property owner to us may earn a referral bonus starting at $500, on these terms:
- The bonus is earned when the referred property is rented by us, meaning the lease is signed and the non-refundable deposit is received.
- The bonus is paid to the referring agent's broker of record, as required by Florida real estate law.
- The referral must identify the property and the owner (our referral form is the easiest way).
