24PropertyManagement.com, Inc. wants every visitor to be able to use this website, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. Accessibility is part of how the site is built, not an add-on.
The standard we build to
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. In practice that means the site is built with semantic HTML, every form field has a proper label, every meaningful image has a text alternative, text colors meet contrast minimums, and everything can be operated with a keyboard alone, including a skip link to jump past the navigation on every page.
No accessibility overlay, on purpose
We do not use a third-party accessibility widget or overlay. Fixing accessibility in the site itself works better with the assistive technology you already use, so that is what we do instead.
Third-party services
A few parts of the experience are provided by outside vendors, such as the owner and resident portals (AppFolio), the address search on our forms (Google), and spam protection (Cloudflare). We do not control their code. If any of them gives you trouble, contact us and we will help you complete what you need another way.
