Pet Policy
Pets are welcome in many of our homes.
Many of our homes are pet friendly and accept a maximum of 2 pets. Every pet goes through screening, and each one must be approved before it arrives at the property.
The one rule that matters most: only pets specifically listed on your lease addendum are allowed, and every pet must be approved before it comes onto the premises.

Create a pet profile
If you apply for or live in one of our homes and want a pet, start
an online pet profile at
24mgmt.petscreening.com.
The pet application fee is $25 per pet by credit card, or $20 per
pet by ACH. The fee is not refundable.

If your pet is approved
You will pay a one time, non refundable lease administration fee of
$550, plus a monthly resident amenity fee of $30 for one pet or $45
for two pets.

Know the restrictions
Dogs and cats under one year of age are not allowed. When there is a
question, the landlord makes the final determination on the breed or
classification of any animal.
Restricted breeds
Our insurance company does not allow the following dog breeds, even in our pet friendly homes:

Assistance animals
We accept assistance animals per state and federal guidelines. If you have an assistance animal, you will complete an online animal profile at the same screening site. There is no application fee for this process.
