What is a tenant placement fee?
A tenant placement fee is a one time fee a property manager charges to find and place a qualified tenant in your rental. At 24 Property Management the placement fee on our Lease Only plan is 100% of one month's rent, and it covers the rental analysis, marketing, showings, screening, the attorney prepared lease, rent collection setup, and the move-in video inspection. There is no monthly management fee: after placement, you manage the property yourself.
How much does tenant placement cost in Orlando?
Orlando placement fees typically run 50% to 100% of one month's rent. Our Lease Only plan charges 100% of one month's rent with a 0% monthly fee, and our full service plans reduce the placement fee to 75% or 50% of one month's rent in exchange for a monthly management fee. How long does it take to place a tenant?
It depends on price, condition, and season.
